In today’s Super Bowl, I foresee the Giants winning 31-28.
New York’s defense will make a few more third-down stops and maybe force a turnover to give the Giants the edge. Everyone’s been bashing New England’s defense all season, but with Bill Belichick tweaking and maneuvering, the Pats have improved greatly. Belichick will come up with something that throws the Giants off stride.
And no matter how much people want to crown the Giants defense as unbeatable, they’re battling Tom Brady. Brady will put up good numbers and might have a shot at the end to win his fourth ring. But that front four of the G-men will pressure him enough, and at the right time, to give New York the edge.
As a side note: It’s amazing to me how Tom Brady got the best of Peyton Manning for so many years only to have Eli turn around and do the same to Brady in possibly two Super Bowls and in Indianapolis no less.
Should be a great game.
